Niagara Riverside Resort; BW Premier Collection

Check in was close to flawless and 5 minutes. Excellent place for relaxing, great business overnight events, memorable weddings, and for my family! Breakfast team Amber and Amber were pleasant, kind, and offered a yes we can approach to my kid requests. AGM, Mrs.Sandford, is a fantastic problem solver and super approachable. Wonderful to work with, and helped our family enjoy Niagara Falls much better. Note: RoomKey worked 1st time, each time!! We stayed 5 days. Pool area was clean, each time we used it. Parking was plentiful, and 10/Day. Interesting: Hospitality Resort. Future 4 star? The computers were ready to use, and printed the first time, each time. Resort Group. Offer an ice cream exclusive bar, only at nighttime. 10 dollars a head. Perry Ice Cream exclusive flavor for this Resort.

Clean, friendly, accessible for my wheelchair for the most part! Close to a lot of restaurants, stores, shopping, and bars if you're interested in that, and Niagara Falls, Hard Rock Cafe, a Casino, and much much more is only about 10 minutes away!

We booked well in advance so got a great rate for this hotel, even when taking into consideration the parking fees. We used the hotel as a base to explore Buffalo and Niagara Falls - easy access to both! Our room was a good size, clean, with large comfortable beds. The room had a fridge and pod coffee machine (when we checked in ours was missing the coffee machine - no worries, the staff on reception were quick to bring up a brand new machine). Plenty of storage for clothing. TV with plenty of channels, decent WiFi throughout (room and common areas). We like the bathroom layout, basin in the room, shower and toilet separate - it makes it so much easier for two to get ready! Rooms weren't serviced daily, but you could notify reception the night prior for service. We didn't need it over our 4 night stay, just requesting top-ups on soap and shampoo. We used the laundry facilities - they're at the basement level and we found they were clean and well maintained. We didn't bring bathers so didn't use the pool, and did plenty of walking while sightseeing so didn't need the fitness centre ;-) There were some nice spaces scattered around the common areas (the lobby, basement level) where people could sit and relax, or catch up with friends. We ate breakfast at the hotel one morning. A-la-carte was not offered as the hotel was at capacity, instead the breakfast buffet was available at US$14.95++ each (plus tax, plus tip). We enjoyed the breakfast offering - bacon, eggs, French toast, potato, sausages, meat patties, toast, yoghurt, waffle maker... A good start to the day. We didn't have dinner at the hotel but did enjoy a couple of glasses of wine out on the waterfront patio area - it was lovely! We got a great sunset over the Niagara River and the North Grand Island bridge.

Good view of the river. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Staff was really nice and very helpful.

I loved the view and the jacuzzi tub. The beds were comfortable with very soft pillows. The amenities were very nice and clean as well. We enjoyed dining out on the patio with food from the restaurant that was very delicious. We would have loved some time in the pool but we did not have the time with how late we arrived in the day. The continental breakfast was a good price with plenty of options.
